Challenge
The marketing department of Red Rooster has a small team for a total of 365 stores. This ratio was making any sort of strategic activities difficult as the team were constantly tied up in time consuming marketing administration tasks. Red Rooster has tried alternative marketing implementation systems, however, none of them have delivered the flexibility they need.

Strategy
Red Rooster met with Fuse to create a complete online marketing implementation system covering all POS, promotions, merchandise, stock, signage, online artwork, advertising, planning communication and data management.

Outcome
Fuse and the management team at Red Rooster are very confident that with their marketing implementation made significantly more efficient via the use of a custom built system. The Red Rooster marketing team will now be free to focus on planning, strategy and will be able to better use their time for the chain.
