Paola Tanner (P!)
Originally from South America, Paola is the passionate founder of Fuse. Paola's philosophy of helping people individually to grow a brand and chain has been the roots of the Fuse business model. She focuses on developing systems and customer service standards to ensure an efficient process all the way. She loves her sports, including skiing, bush walking or mountain bike riding and will use any excuse to go travelling, with camping as her first preference.
Nick Tanner (Nick)
Nick is a co-founder of Fuse and has been involved with the business part time since inception, joining the team full time in July 2009. As an engineer, Nick is the only non designer in the team, however, the girls are working hard at getting him in touch with his creative side!!! Nick's forte is business operations and systems, and he works tirelessly to develop and implement system changes and initiatives which ensure that Fuse's systems are working efficiently and are highly customised to our client's needs.
Giselle Yazye (Gigi!)
Giselle is our manager of client services. She strategically leads our team of account managers and ensures all clients get the same experience regardless of who they deal with. Giselle came to Australia from Brazil in 2003 and fell in love with the country straight away. What was meant to be a 6 month trip turned into five years of fun and joy in Australia, where she completed her Masters degree in Marketing, majoring in International Business. This has added an Australian perspective to her previous Bachelor of Marketing and Communication degree. Needless to say she loves to travel, meet new people and experience new cultures, (did she mention chocolate and her puppy Kiwi?).
Lauren Suttle (Loz)
Lauren works in the client services team as an account manager. Belying her young age (and height!) Lauren has explored many facets of the print and design industries including as a Senior Designer for a Sydney based studio, and managing a digital print production branch of a large national supplier. In her spare time Lauren likes to wind down by annoying her family on the guitar, striving for artistic recognition with her digital camera and doing charity work with the RSPCA in her role as Vice President of the NSW chapter.
Joel Bason (Joelipops)
Joel recently joined the team as an Account Manager after gaining more than 10 years experience in the design and digital print industry. If his clients are happy, HE'S happy. Joel loves art, fashion, music, travel and dancing around the house when no one is watching. He loves his dog Whisper, and is determined to claim the title of No. 1 Chocoholic at Fuse.
Lee Stefen (Lee)
Since graduating from a degree in Graphic Design and New Media, Lee has racked up 6 years of experience in the design/print industry. Being a Fuse Account Manager, she has a passion for customer relations and is willing to go that extra mile to achieve a great outcome for everyone involved - all while having a little fun along the way. A keen vegetarian and environmentalist, her passions include screen printing, photography, yoga and bike riding.
Geraldine Lian (Gerry!)
Geraldine's key responsibility is to maintain the high quality and standards of all artwork produced. She is very creative and spends her time creating new pieces with high impact and relevant to client briefs. She considers herself an Aussie-fied Malaysian, having moved to Australia since she was 4 years old. Being involved in a career where she can be creative everyday is a dream come true! She loves helping round the office and with pink-streaked hair, beaming optimism and a smile on her face she is loving every moment at Fuse!
Eve Zuo (Eve)
Art and Design have been Eve's major passion since she was young. With this passion she studied and worked in three countries China, Singapore and Australia, and now she has an opportunity at Fuse to display her creative side on a variety of projects, and deliver her great design skills to our valued clients. She is also a big fan of Thai food!
Winny Loung (Winny)
Winny joined the team in 2010 after starting off as an intern. She enjoys food, music, movies and exploring Sydney for good food. Design is her hobby and she loves the fact that she has turned her hobby into a career.
Kylie (freckles)
Kylie is our production coordinator and has over 20 years experience in the offset & digital printing industry. She loves dancing, cooking, eating lots of Japanese food & shopping, where she knows what she wants. She owns loads of shoes & handbags as a girl can never have too many.
Kiki Diana (Kiki)
Born in Indonesia, Kiki made the big move to Australia in 2003 where she gained her degree in design. She now has 5 years experience in a variety of printing and production roles making her perfect for the Fuse production team. During her downtime she loves shopping and exploring the Sydney café scene. She has a passion for exploring new and exciting things.
Emma Douglas (Ems)
Emma is our Production Queen! After studying graphic design and working in the design and digital print industry for 10 years she has gained wide knowledge and experience. Emma loves to travel and has lived and worked overseas. She loves good food and wine, and is always trying new things.
Sue Kwak (Sue Sue)
Sue has a degree in design and experience in digital media and pre-press. With attention to detail second to none and a love of process, Sue is the ideal custodian of your next national promotion. Ensuring the process from quoting, purchasing through to dispatch runs smoothly is her passion. In her spare time you can find her at concerts, exploring the culinary scene, or terrorising people with her camera.
Jeanie Black-Dunlop (Jeanie)
Jeanie moved to Sydney from New Zealand in January of 2009 and started at Fuse two days after she arrived. She thought it was just a one off week of packing for a campaign but since she loved working here so much, she hasn't left! Jeanie has recently moved from packing, stock management, print production and finishing to working with Sue to run the national promotions. With a brilliant overview of all aspects of Fuse production, Jeanie is someone you want on your team to deliver your promotions.
Silvio Letchakowski (Sil)
Silvio manages the Fuse warehouse and all stock orders. If you are after stock, he's your man! He is 50% Japanese, 20% Ukrainian, 15% German and 15% Polish but he was born in Brazil. He is a very funny person and always likes to make people smile. If you don’t see him looking after the warehouse, he is probably out taking creative photos!
Graham (Greyham)
Graham is a system engineer and developer who keeps all the wheels greased inside the Fuse backend platform. He loves computers, electronics, games, comics and superhero movies. If he’s not at work on some aspect of the Fuse technology base, he’s probably at home; fixing, building or upgrading his own gear. Graham likes chocolate, but makes no airs about being the No. 1 chocoholic in a company full of girls!
Tomo Tsuyuki (Tomo)
Tomo is a professional web developer and maintains the Fuse web system. He studied computer science at university in Japan, and has been working as an IT professional for 10 years in Japan & Australia. With Tomo’s dedicated focus Fuse’s web system is improving every day, adding features, upgrading and improving the look and feel to help it support your business! He loves not only computers, but also Aussie nature & culture.
Teresa Tang (TT)
Teresa loves numbers which is why she looks after all areas of Accounts department. Teresa is very helpful in tackling all accounting issues and she is always willing to lend a hand if you have any queries. Everyone at Fuse is especially nice to her as she is in charge of the payroll. She loves shopping, travelling and wish tasting different country’s food. She enjoys the life in accounting and contributes very effort to deliver value added services.
Andrew Bui (Boo Boo)
Backed up with a background in graphics and design, Andrew is the keeper of internal production and master of the finish. Andrew is always willing to help others, always down for a chat and always down with a good joke (so he thinks). If he isn’t working in production or designing graphics, he is either carving up the snow or crushing boulders.
